The Circle is committed to: 1) supporting one another to have healing breakthroughs in their lives and to maintain a higher and higher level of spirituality and ‘extreme well-being’; 2) supporting one another to create abundance of all kinds in their lives, including financial abundance through growing practices/businesses; 3) enhancing one another’s knowledge of healing rituals and practices; 4) raising the levels of awareness of healing alternatives to men and women in the greater Fairfield County area; 5) offering, with integrity and compassion, the highest quality resources for healing in the area; 6) using our spiritual strength, as a unified group, for various personal and societal causes, reflecting our collective values, beliefs and aspirations; and 7) educating consumers about alternative ways to achieve mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health through adjusting both internal and external environments.

Specifically, we offer the greater community: 1) powerful tools and services to cultivate health, restore emotional balance and foster spiritual and psychological growth; 2) simple practices to add joy and balance to daily life, to enhance confidence, spontaneity and creativity; 3) regular self-care practices, such as yoga, meditation, relaxation, breathing, self-inquiry, setting intentions, healing imagery, massage, conscious communication, personal and life coaching, hands on healing, spiritual readings, time spent in beautiful, natural, energy-balanced environments and enhancing life force through humor, among others.
